Get your entry in for the Warsash Spring Series & Spring Championship

Planning your 2016 race programme? For a great start to the season make sure you get your entry in for the 2016 Warsash Spring Series and Warsash Spring Championship organised by the Warsash Sailing Club.

It's the perfect event to shake down your crew, kit and boat for the race season ahead.

Starting on Sunday 13 March the Warsash Spring Series will run over six Sundays with starts from 10.00 am in the central Solent. These are Sunday 13 and 20 March and 3, 10, 17 and 24 April 2016 with a week's break over Easter.

The Warsash Spring Championship will take place on Saturday and Sunday 16/17 April and 23/24 April 2015. All classes included in the Spring Series can enter.

Series Chairman, Peter Bateson said: "Last year over 1000 people took part in the Series and Championship and we are once again looking forward to welcoming competitors to the club and to this year's racing.

"Preparations have been underway for some months now and our 110-strong experienced race management team will be aiming as always to provide first-class racing afloat".

Early bird entries made before 20 February 2016 will enjoy a reduced entry fee.

The Warsash Spring Series and Warsash Spring Championship are organised by the Warsash Sailing Club and are supported this year by race partners Rolly Tasker Sails and Crewsaver.

Hadron H2 Solent Trophy at Warsash
Final event of the H2 season at one of the favourite venues of the class Warsash Sailing Club is one of the favourite venues for the Hadron H2s. Warsash Optimist Open
Amazing weather for the three fleets on the water! This weekend (3-4 June) saw our annual Optimist Open meeting at Warsash Sailing Club.
