Day 6 of the Laser Radial Youth Worlds presents high winds, and racing is cancelled for the day. The prize-giving and closing ceremonies will be held in the Portsmouth Olympic Harbour Restaurant.

In the female division Mária Érdi, Hungary, is 1st overall, after winning 6 of the 10 races at the regatta. Dolores Moreira, Uruguay finishes in 2nd, and also placed 1st in the under 17 category. Magdalena Kwasna, Poland, finishes in 3rd, with Francesca Bergamo, Italy, in 4th and Carolina Albano, Italy in 5th.

In the male division, Conor Nicholas, Australia, holds his lead throughout the regatta to place 1st overall. Italian Gianmarco Planchestainer, finishes in 2nd place. Nic Baird, United States, finishes in 3rd, with Paolo Giargia, Italy in 4th and Umberto José Varbaro, Italy, in 5th. Finnian Alexander, Australia, finishes 6th, and Jack Cookson, Great Britain, finishes in 7th. Bernie Chin Singapore, finishes 8th overall, and is the top finisher under 17 years of age. Henry Marshall, United States and Jamie Calder, Great Britain, finish 9th and 10th respectively.
