As two more winners are crowned in the 2015/16 ilovesailing calendar competition it means there are just two more places up for grabs on the 2016 calendar.
Oliver Southgate from Essex and Gordon Knight from Lymington, clinched spots nine and ten with their cracking shots showing two very different sides to sailing.
"Once again trying to pick just two photos from all the entries we received in July was a pretty tough task for the judges", commented Emma Slater, ilovesailing co-ordinator. "Both these images took the judges eyes showing the fast paced, adrenaline of racing depicted in Oliver's photo, to chilled-out relaxation in Gordon's picture."
Talking of his winning photo Oliver explained: "The picture is from the start line at the recent fireball open at Blackwater Sailing Club. I was asked by the clubs fireball captain to take some photos as I've had this year off sailing due to injury.
"They provided me with one of the clubs small 'grumpy' ribs (very aptly named) and went down river for the afternoon. The wind built over the afternoon with some gusts topping 30 knots on the committee boat. Inside Osea and Northey islands it's usually a pretty calm place to sail with no real wave action, but as the wind built with the adverse tide the chop got up and led to a very wet day for the sailors and me in the RIB. Driving around trying to protect my camera gear from getting soaked which was almost impossible due to a couple of breakers over the back whilst trying to remain on station at the top mark and take pictures gave me an appreciation for the ribs nickname!"
On a more relaxing note Gordon's photo shows a very tranquil scene taken in Phaselis, Turkey.
"The calibre of entries we have received throughout the competition has been incredible and July's entries were no exception. We now have just two more spots to fill on the calendar so I would encourage anyone who has a great sailing photo to send it in or post to the page and who knows they could clinch one of the final spots!", Emma concluded.
As well as their place on the 2016 calendar Oliver and Gordon also win:
