Typhoon Sailboats are delighted to reveal they will be exhibiting a new Typhoon Carter build Optimist at this year's RYA Suzuki Dinghy Show.

On display for the first time in the UK, this great boat is arguably the finest optimist sailboat ever made. Meticulously designed with technically advanced components, the hull is fast, with excellent feel.

With heightened mast step, lowered centreboard case maximized waterline and sharpened chine, this little boat has been designed to win. Antiglare gel coat, new non-slip floor and winning HD sails, make it perfectly balanced and built to last.

"This is a fantastic dinghy, available in the UK for the first time from typhoonsailboats at Draycote Water Sailing Club and we've teamed up with HD sails for what we believe is winning package", commented John Siggers, Typhoon Sailboats.

"It has proved itself as a great racing dinghy winning a number of major events in 2014 including the US Nationals and US Team Trials, Spanish and Polish Nationals and a second at the UK Junior Nationals. It is also used by current World Champion Nicolas Rolaz, so if you're looking for a championship winning dinghy then look no further."

Drop by stand D16 at the RYA Suzuki Dinghy Show to see this impressive little dinghy for yourself.

The Typhoon Carter build optimist comes with a three year warranty and is available in a selection of colour designs; Pink, Blue, Sky Blue, Red and Green. Purchase hulls or a complete boat package with HD sail, covers and trolleys.
