Production RS Aero's - In the flesh!
The Southampton Show will be the first opportunity for many people to see a new, production RS Aero in the flesh. Unveiled in March in prototype form, production began in July and weekly volumes are steadily increasing. The reaction to the Aero since the UK launch and following the many test sails now completed has been unprecedented for RS.
UK lead times are now into spring next year, with a total of around three hundred and fifty boats ordered. If you live overseas, some of our dealers do still have a few boats available a little earlier if you act fast.

The majority of boats sold in the UK are to core club racing sailors and embryonic fleets have been ordered at a quickly growing number of clubs. Latest addition to the list last weekend, following extensive testing of the obvious options, is Lymington Town SC with 11 boats (and a 12th already on the cards).
Many orders have been placed internationally, even though the world-wide roll out has barely begun. Test and show Aeros will be delivered through the autumn and will appear at major boat shows around the world.
