The Miracle Association are searching for any club that would be prepared to host the Miracle Nationals from 2016 and beyond. The event usually runs over six days, with ten races for the main event and a junior championship of normally five races. Also other single races: crews race, non-spinnaker race and a singlehanded race.
Around forty boats attend the Nationals normally held in August. A wide variety of ages from 5 to 85 years sail in the event, so a family friendly location with plenty to keep them happy on the shore would be an advantage.
If any other class has recently had a really good Nationals at a particular event please recommend it. We're keen to try new places and to let our beautiful
boats and friendly class brighten up the destination.
Please contact The Miracle Association www.miracledinghy.org/contact_us.html where you can see a list of committee member details, or simply fill out an enquiry form on the website.
The next open meeting is at Thornton Steward on 6th/7th September 2014.
