Fantastic images clinch next two spots on ilovesailing calendar

Danuta Corbett from Brighton and Holly Hancock from Potter Heigham, Norfolk have claimed spots nine and ten on the ilovesailing calendar 2014.
Chosen from amongst 35 amazing entries posted to the ilovesailing Facebook page during July, Danuta and Holly join the existing eight winners leaving just two more slots up for grabs on the first ever ilovesailing calendar.
Danuta's gorgeous photo was taken during the Le Harve race in May 2013, he commented: "It is very nice to have my photo picked for calendar entry! I take a lot of these kinds of pictures during races in my Brighton Marina Club and on Offshore Races from Gosport while qualifying for the Fastnet. It's a good day. What a pleasure!"
Our second July winner, Holly, took her very peaceful looking image while competing in the Three Rivers Race 2013 on the Norfolk Broads. Holly explained that it had been a breezy day's racing but once the sun started to set, the wind dropped too!
"I'm really thrilled to be one of the winners of the July competition – the 2013 Three Rivers Race was a very long one, but it is good to know that the time spent drifting through the night came to good use. The Norfolk Broads were so tranquil at sunset and I was pleased to be able to capture their beauty", Holly added.
"We were really spoilt for choice this month", commented Emma Slater, ilovesailing co-ordinator. "The judging panel really had their work cut out trying to choose just two winners. We had all kinds of entries from fast paced action photos, to the peaceful sunset images but eventually we all agreed on Danuta and Holly's pictures would make wonderful additions to the calendar."
As well as a spot on the calendar Holly and Danuta also claim tickets to the PSP Southampton Boat Show when they will presented with their copy of the 2014 calendar as it comes hot of the press, as well as clinching their very own, and now much coveted, blue ilovesailing rubber duck.
The ilovesailing calendar competition runs from March through to August 2013, with two photo and two caption winners (depending upon number of entries) being picked each month to appear on the 2014 calendar as well as receiving an ilovesailing rubber ducky.
All you have to do to take part is post your favourite sailing photo(s) on to the ilovesailing Facebook page www.facebook.com/ryailovesailing or email your entry to , it's that easy.
As well as the photo entries we are also asking for text entries answering either of the two statements; 'I'm an RYA member because...' or 'I support the RYA because....', in no more than 30 words.
Four winners; two photo and two caption (depending upon number of entries), will be picked each month and the winners will be announced on the ilovesailing Facebook page and contacted via email. All winners will also receive a copy of the calendar when it is completed.
The calendars will go on sale at the PSP Southampton Boat Show 2013, with the first 50 people to purchase a copy also receiving a 2013 ilovesailing rubber duck.
