On Saturday 03 March at the RYA Volvo Dinghy Show, Olympic Gold medallist Paul Goodison officially re-launched the ilovesailing Facebook competition for 2012 and unveiled this summer's 'money can't buy' grand prize, with a little help from a flock of ilovesailing rubber ducks!

The ilovesailing Facebook competition celebrates what we love about sailing and windsurfing through videos and photos. Each month we will choose a winning photo or video, which will then go through to the grand final to be held at the PSP Southampton Boat Show in September.

Monthly winners will receive a Go Pro Surf Hero 2 camera from Action Camera and the coveted ilovesailing rubber ducky, as well as a rubber duck for the monthly runner up. Then in September the overall winner will claim a whole host of fantastic prizes including; a Neilson sailing holiday, a day of personal coaching with a top coach, a Skandia Team GBR goodie bag and an ilovesailing rubber ducky signed by the 2012 Team GB Olympic sailors.

"2012 is a very special year for the sport and we've managed to pull together a very special prize to match", commented Graham Manchester who manages the ilovesailing Facebook competition.

"We've already had some fantastic photos and videos posted onto the wall and we're sure this year's competition is going to be even bigger and better than ever".

To take part all you need to do is 'like' the ilovesailing Facebook page www.facebook.com/RYAILoveSailing, start posting your favourite sailing and windsurfing photos and videos and you could be in with a chance of winning.

Each week you'll also find a whole host of fun activities to enjoy on the page including word searches, caption competitions, guess who's and more.
