Voting on the second and final phase of the Fotoboat 2012 Calendar competition has started. After a record number of votes, the top 30 pictures have been selected. Tom Gruitt’s shot of Ben Ainslie at the Olympic Test Event topped the poll.
All you have to do in the final round is to pick your favourites and give them a “10” – the top 12 will be picked next week based on the number of votes received in this second round.
On the class calendar front, RS Classes, Solos and Laser 2000 – all the classes supported by Fotoboat as official championship photographers – have voted strongly for a 2012 class calendar. Fotoboat’s massive computing power is now being devoted to working out which combination of RS Classes to include, helped by a second vote on the site which is currently showing the RS 200 class as favourite.
