European Sandyacht Championships - Preview

In the region of 150 pilots from all over Europe are currently doing the final preparations to their land yachts. In readiness for the European Sandyacht Championships. Competitors will be travelling from as far a field as Germany, France, Belgium and Ireland to Hoylake on the Wirral to challenge for titles in several classes.
Class 2. Class 3, Class 5, Class P and Standart classes will be battling at speeds, up to, and sometimes in excess of 60mph, across the vast and ever changing Wirral sands.
A full social programme, including a Hog Roast and Salsa night should keep the competitors entertained when not belting across the sands.
