Olympic Coaches and Sailors Training Weeks in May 2010

by Simon Morgan, Wildwind 16 Dec 2009 08:27 GMT 2 May - 20 June 2010

Chris Gowers, Skandia Team GBR and Gold medallist Paul Goodison’s coach will be opening the Wildwind summer season with a week of intensive Laser training commencing May 2nd 2010.

A week later (May 9th) Ewan McEwan, whom the RYA have appointed to ensure our womens team reach the podium in Weymouth 2012, will be running a match racing programme culminating in two days of competition at the end of the week.

From June 13th to 18th European Tornado champions Jordanis Paschalides and Kostas Trigonis will be giving their considerable advice about catamaran racing and following up at the annual Vassiliki Watersports Festival on June 19th/20th.

All three training weeks are open to sailors with at least one year of club sailing experience (or equivalent) behind them and there is no extra charge over the cost of a Wildwind holiday on the Greek watersports island paradise of Lefkas.

Prices start at only £649 including flight, accommodation and as much sailing as you could want.
