Located in Toledo, Ohio, United States. The Jolly Roger Sailing Club was formed just after World War 2 by a group of youngsters on the banks of the Ottawa River for the sole purpose to better enjoy sailing. Our founder's purpose for creating JRSC was to bring together all who enjoy the simple pleasure in the actions of wind, water, and sail. JRSC is about its people, about the love of sailing, and about the camaraderie that draws sailors together.
