Or he's a trailer dealer with a bunch of warranty issues on his hands and he's just been issued a rivet gun and a map

Don't know the details behind the Winder saga..........but

The woefully bad design of combination jobbies for dinghies in general is worthy of a thread all of it's own, on this forum and others. If I was an orthopedic surgeon I would write a paper.

Lol no , happily retired . And yes I agree, lighting board arms are s@@t , that’s why I bought my last trailer in 2013. But that’s not the point, it’s the law . There are loads of laws I don’t like , I still have to follow them. 

But next time you need a second hand car I will sell you one without a valid mot, but tell you it’s legal to drive on the road.  
No need to worry about it after all, it’s just a administration error  LOL
