Delta Wing retires from Lord Howe race

Click on the GPS button to the right of this story to see the position of Delta Wing & the rest of the fleet. Delta Wing suffered a complete power failure & is motoring back to Pittwater.

At 10pm, she was about 7 miles off Barrenjoey, motoring at 4 knots. To assist family with an ETA, Sail-world has switched tracking periods for Delta Wing from 30 minutes down to 2 minutes.

Bill Koppe, the Skipper of Delta Wing has reported to Derek at Pentacomstat, that all crew is fit & well.
