Team Legato edges closer to Warta Polpharma

by Barry Pickthall on 9 Feb 2001
It's turning into a race within THE RACE. The battle between Tony Bullimore
and his TEAM LEGATO crew and their Polish rivals on 'Warta Polpharma' is
hotting up.

By 11:00 today, TEAM LEGATO had reeled back another 68 miles over the past
20 hours after the two boats both enjoyed almost perfect conditions
overnight. TEAM LEGATO covered 479 miles over 24 hours against 430 for
'Warta Polpharma' and at the time of the satellite pass, the Bullimore Boys
