Melbourne to Devonport leaders arriving

by Mike Sabey on 28 Dec 2000
The Melbourne Devonport leaders are due to start arriving from midday, with Volante line honours due to arrive around 11:00am. Laurelle is currently running first in the PHD Handicap division, though the day will tell all.

Meanwhile the Indec Consulting Melbourne- Hobart fleet battles on, with Spirit of Alice who retired last night suffering rudder damage back safe in Port Phillip Bay. Under Capricorn is heading to Three Hummock Island to effect repairs to their damage mainsail halyard which has set them back considerably over the last 14 hours, while the rest of the fleet battles on.
