Australian Yachting Seeks High Performance Manager

The AYF High Performance Manager will be expected to provide
leadership to a team of National Coaches, Sports Science staff and an
assistant Administrator.
The AYF High Performance Manager is responsible for the overall
management of the AYF High Performance Unit, working as a member of
the High Performance Management Team to deliver the best possible
coaching, technical, administrative and other support to our leading Sailing
athletes, to maximise Australian performances at major international
regattas.

This is a challenging role, requiring a mature mix of experience in athlete
management, good sport management skills and an energy level that can
match the demands of working with the high performance programs.
Candidates will be required to work with the AYF high performance
programs which include the Olympic and Paralympic squads, the AIS
Sailing Program, the Youth World Championship and development squads
and the Offshore program.

This position is funded by the Australian Sports Commission.
