Sex wax only works whne it stays cold, if it hets got you just get a gooey mess!

 

Sand or suger in the mix is good option!

You can buy different types of surf wax. It is designed for water temperature.

Put a layer of tropical water wax on first then a layer of whatever the water temperature is where you sail on top.  ( such as cold water for winter, cool for spring ets.) It will last for ages and you will stick like glue. If it is a hot summer then just stick with the tropical.

Every now and again ( when it gets too dirty) just scrape it off and start again.

I agree with sailor girl it smells great.

so does napalm in the morning - so they say , wouldn't stick that on though , or should this quote be in the film section ?

Ive just re-done the deck on my moth and can report that 2 coats of Interdeck non-slip paint, applied with a textured roller is still far too slippy...
