Anyone else having problems getting stuff from Carbonology.
Had an order in for dispatch BEFORE they closed for their summer holiday; For some reason I did not get it. They SAY they resent the order last FRIDAY (19th) and it still has not arrived; been calling them (no call back to my messages) and no reply to Emails.... Is this how they normally operate?? Ive tried to contact them recently to get new tiller for the T with no responce.
was after they were supposed to be back off holiday not a good first impression!!!!!!!

Spoke to the boss yesterday. They will be resending AGAIN today via courier; did ask for the tracking number; but no answer to yet.
I've been told to expect delivery tomorrow....

Finally got most of it today; they missed a bit!!! Spoke to the boss and there may be some reasons why it's a little chaotic at the moment. But.....................
