mht files on Imac and Iphone ?

   I have been a satisfied user of SailWave and its publish-facility with .mht files for a while. The .mht files are functioning very well on the Windows IE  browsers. However, I resentlig became aware of the problem with the Imac (and I think the IPhone as well..) where the .mht files are shown as useless text-files.

How do I handle the list of race-results in mht-format, so the users of this Mac things also can open the publishing from SailWave ?? Hope that the answer is different from just make the files as pdf..
