STCW Question


   Hi guys I just got my 20 GT yacht license and my STCW certificate and wherever i look everyone`s got STCW 95 but mine says STCW 78, so as you may have guessed my question is "What is the difference between the two and which one is better to have???" Thanks in advance :)
