Personally I think it`s another wind up but it`s not listed in the SI`s that I can find but the idea is out there & it`s a good idea DO IT!! timg - Gate starts are for ANY size fleet but tend to be used for unruly fleets rather then good fair starters,because you can`t jump the line!
