RS600 - There two guys I could name that probably just
squeek 67kg if they have a big breakfast and there are a
few more under 70kg that do not seem to struggle.

Don't forget if the wind gets up you can really effectively
reduce sail area on a 600 and if your light you can keep up
with a full rig once everyone is depowered

for completeness there is always an MX-Ray.

Or Farr 3.7 but I don't think your budget will cover the purchase of one and import fees.

Or a cheap Int Canoe?

I used to sail one but I'm not sure I can concur with that
statement. OK it was a Mag 5 but they were ment to harder weren't
they!
