I am not convinced that they are the new glass boards. The 'Crompton' boards are white, the glass ones, as far as I recall, are natural resin coloured (probably so measurers can tell the difference at a glance).
I could be wrong though. Might post this on TLF and see what the resident measurer says..... |

Update from a learned person (a measurer who resides down under). These are more than likely the real deal. Apparently when they first started making the glass foils they were white. Then there were issues with the resin so they changed o the 'clear'. Then people (vain bunch) complained about the colour so a solution has been found to make them shiny and white again. Also a bit of gossip.... Laser Performance are currently setting up production to produce the glass boards for the UK and North American market so no more expensive Oz imports required. |
