What do you think of this umpires

   Found this through another post....is it me or in this one and the leeward mark rounding is he pretty much breaking the propulsion rule (54?)? People certainly got flagged for less at te Byte Worlds.

	1. Trimming a sail that is flapping is allowed 2 Heeling a boat to change direction is allowed (42.3a) 3 Once the boat is no longer luffing it is permitted to sit out to bring the boat upright. Pumping and rocking are defined a repeated actions. In this case the crew only sheets in once, and only brings the boat upright once. No issue as far as I am concerned Gordon

	Thanks Gordon, I thought I saw a 2nd heel and flatten at the end of leeward mark rounding in paticular, but I bow to your superior knowledge and may have to adjust my style a little (I think I may be being to conservative).
	I might be sailing it, but it's still sh**e!
