Buoyed on by their very busy and hugely successful 2008 Dinghy Show, the Streaker Class Owners Association has enjoyed a superb season, with many newcomers to the class and explosive interest from the rest of the dinghy sailing fraternity.

2009 kicked off in outrageously good fashion with an emphatic win at the Y&Y Battle of the Classes event. Backed by impressive performances in the Grafham Freezer and the Steve Nicholson Trophy this can be no flash in the pan.

The lead Rooster built Streaker from the winning two boat Streaker team at the Y&Y Battle of the Classes will be displayed on the stand. Of interest too, this boat will be equipped with the Rigel section mast that Superspars have recently taken over supplying.

In acknowledgement of this rapidly rising status the Streaker Class Owners Association have installed themselves on Stand C28 at this year's RYA Volvo Dinghy show – this is bigger, brighter and in the Great Hall below the organ pipes - unmissable.
