As soon as i joined i noticed, that there was no general talk,
about boats there needs to be somthing that covers all subjects,
instead of just one area.

Reason being that it would be way too long and rambly, hence why the website is split up? General talk tends to end up in Dinghy Development or Banter, occasionally Dinghy Yarns...

Also most people have a boat, sail it and know how to sail.

The occasional senarios crop up about the rules though.

As for general chit chat, it seems to fizzle out after a while, the longest running post been the Favourite photos.
