Post-race advertising in Category A

   Here's an interesting question, for those who find this kind of question interesting. 
What is the time-scope of the ISAF advertising codes? In a category A event, is it permissible to display advertising when not racing, such as a sponsor's battle flag? I suspect the answer is "no", since the codes are ISAF regulations, rather than part of RRS, and therefore the prescriptions on when RRS begins and ceases to apply are irrelevant. However I've been unable to find any applicable cases or information.
Anyone know?
