   World Sailing has published the 2025 RRS and released a "Study Pack" ... for the 2025 RRS.

	Open the Study Pack, and open this document. RRS Study Pack 2025-2028 - Study Version of the Racing Rules of Sailing for 2025-2028 That shows all the changes to the RRS. You then need to open the Submissions documents to read the Submissions explaining the changes.

	There is a summary written by Howard Elliott IJ on the Australian Sailing Rules website. On the 'new rules' with Howard Elliott Here's a presentation I gave yesterday http://uploads/6397/RACING_RULES_PRESENTATION_2024.pdf I know that Craig Evans is preparing a presentation for north of the Border. Any judges cam PM me with their email address if they would like a copy of the Powerpoint original.
