Virtual Sailing

   So the clubs are closed and we can't race for real. What online sailing games and suchlike are there to keep us amused?I have heard of Virtual Skipper which seems to be all big boats. Anything dinghy oriented?

	I have Sail Simulator 4 from about 15 years back (Stentec software, distributed by Ubisoft). So bored I may re-install it. You might be able to find a free download on line by now. Boats included are Flying Dutchman, Soling, Laser, Oppie, Valk (Dutch 6m keelboat thing), 33 foot cruiser racer, VOR 60. I have distinct memories of downloading a Tornado and an IACC boat for it too. Spinnakers were a costly online upgrade, probably all gone with the passage of time. I painted the FD to look like my own. That should do for an evening of social distancing.
