Simple answer is it's a long way away and there's next to no local fleet, unfortunately. From the reports it seems they have put on a cracking event though and I wish I were there.

PS. Several boats have 'Flag F' scores recorded. This is a new one to me and I can find no reference in the RRS. Anyone know?

Pity the SIs aren't on line (at least not that I can see). Flag F denotes the finish of course, and they're apparently getting a score of finishing place plus 1 point, so I wonder if its competitors who have been lapped. or otherwise finished early without sailing the whole course. If so seems a bit weird to me.

SIs allowed boats over the time limit to be scored in their position on course plus 1. A very fast winner combined with a lot of swimming meant a lot of boats were timed out on the first two days!
