I'm going to be racing a Sonar this summer.

Normally I'm in a Laser or on a board, so what is a good angle of heel to sail a Sonar at? I'm sure that someone will say as flat as possible, but we are a light crew so what's a good trade off between using the righting of the keel and slowing it down with too much heel?

I can check heel with an app on my phone that is well damped.

Solved the problem anyway, choose the angle, about 10deg and sail the boat to the telltales. Works ok
