NHC

   Hi,I think this has probably been well discussed previously but I have just fallen into the RYA NHC basline system and seek help.
I sail a Hunter Formula One and the class has the same number as the Formula 28 and .002 slower than an Impala. Returning to this baseline number at an open meeting is difficult!

Has any class managed to get the RYA to change their baseline number?
