Bob fisher and NHC


   
I wonder if Bob did his research before writing his latest article in y & y , he wonders how it ( NHC  handicapping ) may improve handicapping in events like the JPMAM Round Island Race , NHC is Not suitable for one off races , nor do NHC suggest so , this has been done to death , i would be intrested to hear how Bob reckons it would work here ?

	I suggest that the Fish has written enough and given enough entertainment with his writing to enough of us that we can forgive him the odd lapse.
