pmsl.....  LOL  at least dodgy returns would be something.  

 World's biggest keyboard critic of the PY system is commodore for a club that doesn't submit returns anyway..... as he'd say himself, you couldn't make it up, could you?

My current club submits returns.

Its why the EPS has such a poor handicap, with me racing it.

As true a bandit confession as ever there was, even dumb and dumberer managed a 2nd in that war criminal of a boat, a blind man crewed by an autistic child couldn't do any worse, bit of a breeze as well I bet.
Or was that you in the Hobie, either way I'm still underwhelmed.. LOL

We've traditionally had the Laser as the fastest in the slow simply because that way they are in the same fleet as the Radials. Before we changed the rules again, it meant someone sailing a Laser one week and a Radial the next would have their scores in the same series. Now we have to sail one boat, it is no longer as important.

I do like the idea of a band where you can choose which fleet to be in.

Yachts do this, sometimes.
A class 2 yacht can be allowed to race in class 1.
If you want to sail in Class 1 though, you have to take the lowest rating in class 1.

Class 1 normally has a shinier cup I think....
