Joining a Yacht as a group

   I'm about to get a competent crew certificate and look for a yacht that sails over the Atlantic. I'm going to travel with a couple of friends. How hard would it be, from your experience, to join a yacht as a group of 2 or even 3 people? What would be the best way to go about it?
