Club racing for cruisers/yachts in the Med?

   Just wondering if any keen club racers here could advise......

Do you know of places in the Mediterranean, ideally Spain or France 
where there is an active club racing scene.... I'm meaning something 
similar to the Poole, Southampton, Solent, Burnham scenes where there is
 regular weekly cruiser racing throughout the summer.

Am struggling to find anywhere, as I don't have local knowledge!
