This must have been asked before but to be frank, I'm to lazy to search for the answer.

Simple marine ply wooden boat with built in buoyancy tanks.

Before I close off the tanks i want to seal the insides.

Whats the best thing to use?

Eposeal or similar epoxy-based product. No need for UV protection - obviously  Wink

Thanks Noah

I guess you get what you pay for in life but do any of the one part DIY type products offer any protection worth having.

This isn't a great work of art and I'm looking to prolong its life on a budget.

G4, often discussed on the cvrda forum.  Also known as Marinebond, in which guise it will cost you a fortune.  buy it as pond sealer from your garden c entre or aquatice place.

the same, but different...

Agree on the G4 (or V8, a different brand) as a sealer when cheap, quick and easy is needed.
