Ooh looks lovely shiny new... I love that nose
Do I detect a nicer rocker angle there I wonder, she's sitting quite nose high in that 2nd shot, difficult to tell from one still, but it certainly looks good. Edit spotted the first snag, kite being launched from behind the forstay.. don't much like that. 2nd edit having read about it, they say it's a flat rocker and 'technical' so another negative for me.

The kite behind the foirestay is pretty much universal on skiff types...
I've not heard of Peter Hobson before, I see he works for Ovington, but don't know of him in connection with design of any development classes. |

Doesn't the MPS have a gizmo bridge with the kite under and the forestay off the top?
I could be wrong have studied so many bloody boats over the last couple of years..

A wave piercing bow with a huge great gaping mouth of a spinny chute behind it - that will be one wet boat in waves.

I'm not sure about it looks wise, but i do think its great that there are more new designs coming through. Having said that i wasn't sure (didn't like) about the D-one at first and i love the look of the newer boats, so i am sure its a grower.
Not sure about the name, something about Womens skiff and the mispronunciation of the name Aura(l) (Oral)

Maybe it is that shape so it has a lee bow on both sides?
