almost certainly buckenham near norwich, having sailed there a few times years ago, their enterprise open was usually in mid/late may

As the results show competitors from Ely and Beccles, I think your Buckenham SC theory is correct.

I've lived within ten miles of Buckingham for over fifty years and although I am aware of Great Moor Sailing Club I've never heard of Buckingham SC.
There's no trace of Buckingham SC on either this site, Noble or Google.
Assuming it's a typo it could be Buckenham, but there's no mention of an Enterprise Open at their club recently. It must be another case of Silverstone/Shustoke.
