Despite being the one who got most animated about chicken power being used to promote quackery, I've been happy with the rooster kit I've bought. I don't give two hoots about undelivered cheap sailboats (not like it's my money that's been used) or the yoof squad image stuff.

I don't get it, you lot buy from loads of knaff brands, why is the chicken not to be used 'on principle' not I might add would I ever because it's such a stupid name. Those hot socks have been around forever in other outdoor guises, there's always some stupid Brits standing in a bucket at lots of the European trade shows I visit.
Other than a Musto bbcap and that RS 100 shirt they gave me in Poole I wore once each due to exceptional circumstances, I can proudly boast not a single lame dinghy name ever graced my persona, I mean, why would you?

So what is it with the Chicken that's got you all headless?

P&B were dead good when I bust my tiller extension on a saturday at grafham open weekend and need another heavy duty one for sunday (1.9m carbon nightstick).
A. They had stock
B. They let me use their workshop to drill and join all the relevant bits together before leaving.

I went in there on the way to the Stevie Nicks for some boots and couple of other bits n bobs.

The staff were extraordinarily helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with.  The were also very competent at 'selling', and I ended up buying a pair of chicken hot socks on their recommendations- I wouldn't normally buy the chicken brand out of principle, so fair play to them behind the till!  

They were a testament to their bosses who were also busy helping out everyone and finding a bit of time to go sailing themselves at Pitsford.
