Sorry, ive gone the other way. I've started to listen to Radio 2 since he started on the breakfast show. Thank god i dont have to listen to chris moyles anymore.....

I grew up with TFI friday which i really liked when it was on back in the day. I think he has matured a bit but still sounds like he's enjoying life!

Yes a more annoying DJ is difficult to find. Evans I don't mind at the end of
the day, the drive home, but first thing in the morning? Aaah shut up!
And Jonathan Ross makes saturday hell, no he wont be missed.

I do have a problem between 7.30 and 8, it has always been a time I listen
to the radio and although I can't admit to being a TOG, Wogans warblings
were fairly ignorable (except the Janet and John ravings which generally
forced a channel change), so it's back to local radio and ads for building
services..

I listen to Talk sport.  "Radio for thick people"  Unfortunately this is turning to garbage in the mornings as well!  I will stick to listening to my Westlife CD.

I second this. Its total horse manure! I was hoping it would stay along the lines, instead he has started all his "top ten-uous" and phone in stuff.

Used to really love Phil Jupitus' breakfast show on 6music- sadly he wanted his social life back (going out late isn't compatible with breakfast DJ-ing) and he was replaced with the barely-tolerable Shaun Keavney- I'm OK listening to the first half hour, before I leave the house, but if I'm not off to work, I find it hard to listen for longer.

Of course, no DJ on national radio is quite as bad as George "can't say this on a "family" forum" Lamb, who 6music have hung onto though on reduced hours. Total oxygen thief.

we seem to have moved away from all the misery on Radio 4 and particularly the cynicism of John Humphreys, to Chris Evans on Radio 2. 

Really, really glad to see the back of Jonathon Ross!

Have you tried listening to Absolute Radio at any point? Annoyingly its the *only* station I can pick up at work, and its on AM at that! (Thick walls and high tensile power lines almost directly overhead!)
