Does anyone know where can i get one second hand? Or at least less than the 100 odd quid they are from pinbax and other shops. I need to get one as cheap as possible.

If its for the 600 mate I really wouldn't bother. I took them off both boats and was much faster because of it.

If you can get one, the best for the 600 is the large Harken swivel. Its built like a brick sh*t house and will never let you down. Unlike the bendy floppy horrible holt wire ones !!!

As Craiggo said, I have only ever seen Holt wiry mainsheet swivels collapse, two of them. And one of those was a replacement for it's predecessor which had collapsed....

I broke a holt swivel in a feva, singlehanded so not too much power either! Sailed the rest of the race with the sheet from the boom, good practice for the 100

Yeah it is for the 600. I dont wanna sound like a pansy but
it killed my arms after about 5 minutes and tacking was a
mission without being able to cleat going in and uncleat
going out on the wire.

George you dont happen to have the one you took off the 600
do you?

I have the arm but all the bearings went for a wonder in the tool box and many made a run for it.

Do you have a ratchet block? A bigger ratchet block can work wonders for the arms, and can be switched on and off if necessary.
