Laser II World Championships

   Former Laser II Sailors wanted at WPNSA in July

It's now 30 years since the first production Laser II appeared at the Melbourne Sailboat show, and the 9th Laser II world championships will be held at the Weymouth and Portland Sailing Academy from the 19 to 24 July 2009. 

If you fancy racing from the next Olympic venue, then charter boats are available via the Worlds' website, or borrow a boat from a mate at your local club?

Or maybe you'd like to just relive some fond old memories? So come along to the prizegiving buffet on 24 July to help make it a truly memorable 30th birthday party.
