Hi I've been looking at buying a Quartet which I plan to sail at my local club under the PY system. Does anyone know anything about Quartets and what PY number should be used. |

Byron software puts the quartet at 1039 which sounds about right. I don't know much about the Quartet except that it is the cruisier sister to the Quattro (there was a Quattro racing on the Forth in 2005 to a handicap of 1028), both designed by David Thomas as quarter-tonners. The Quartet has a higher coachroof and consequently a smaller mainsail. Here my knowledge ends!
