I don't know if you guys know Dave Perry, but he's huge in the US for talking
and writing about the rules. If you haven't read his books, Understanding the
Racing Rules of Sailing 2009-2012 and 100 Best Racing Rules Quizzes, I
highly recommend them.

Anyway, I have some video of him explaining each of the new rule changes. He's
very easy to understand, and entertaining too.
