   I note on the Y&Y Home Page under Products, Bryan Willis's Rules in Practice 2009-12 is featured although the link goes to Purple Marine and shows the current edition 

Is it another April Fool jolly jape, or if it is really available what are the changes?

	Submission have been done last November, but I don't think it's available as of yet. Rule 18 will be extensively rewritten but the basis principle will not change. BL-zone will be increased to 3, although SIs can change that into 2 or 4. Other changes are minor, as far as I know.
