Think the 9th/10th of September is ok. May even have the 5000 on the water too so could bring both (if I can talk my Helm into towing Something)Look forwards to it !

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO That weekend is the Carnac Eurocup. I can't be in two places at once, and I've just booked our ferry tickets. Why don't you all come to Carnac? It is LOVELY, the sailing is fantastic and the French are very enthusiastic about fast, skiffie stylee boats. It is possible (but not sensible) to do it in a weekend: overnight ferry on Friday, drive like Michael Schummacher from Cherborg to Carnac, rig, race, drink, eat chilli, drink, sleep, eat croissants, race, de-rig, eat sausison, drive like Ralph Schummacher, overnight ferry back to Portmouth, arrive 6am Monday am, drive like Rubens Baricello till you hit the rush hour just outside Guildford, arrive at work slightly sunburnt and 2 hours late at 10.30am. Can't wait.... |

i think i may be mid class change on that weekend

I could be up for Draycote as long as it is windy :-) (and I dont have anything else on that weekend, must check the diary when I get home).
Would be good to put faces to names as well as have a blast. Fearing I might be the old man of the group though :-S |
