Yes, and if the photographer was 40 feet further back, he would have
taken a shot of a 4'+ long goanna snaffling my stepdaughter's furry
slippers.
He must have been tragically disappointed when he realised it wasn't a tasty baby possum. I've read of worse things that cat crap in a spinnaker chute; namely stuffing a dead cat down a rival's chute. From personal experience, the worst thing to have inside a boat is a possum; cuddly looking but capable of taking apart any cat I know. It's not nice to reach into a Moth and hear a very aggressive growl. Apparently one guy got one in his catamaran at home years ago and it wouldn't come out. So he towed the boat for an hour, went out sailing, capsized a few times, and then took the hatch covers back off. That got rid of it. |

I had 1 of these "killing" my kite halyard the other week. I'm sure that 4mm yellow spectra looks like a snake. |
