cloudy, relatively cold (10 degrees, less windchill).  Gusting F7 with high tide shoredump to contend with and 6 hours of driving assuming no hold ups ... still can't wait for tomorrow.   Big smile

Things to love about sailing? In the winter you can dream of warmth and sunshine, in the summer you can do the same...

Hmm- officially should be moving to short sleeve 3mm wetsuit then.... Think I'll pussy out and keep full sleeves and 5mm for tomorrow though. I must be getting old with crapper circulation....

Sailing in the fricking cold.  NOT.  Jeez, yesterday evening was mighty cold.  It was about midnight before I got back to normal body temperature.   And that was after the car heater on full, some Pinot Noir and three extra blankets at bed time.   Thankfully, tomorrow is May.

Actually I have no memory of naive contributors being put down, except one perhaps....Can we have, "16, 60 or any point above or in between?

I don't think I know what most of the people I mingle with at the club do for a living.

When I go up that lane and hear the halyard slapping "real life" can take a jump.
Like some other things - sailing is more enjoyable when you do it with someone else
